Once protected with a password, a stack can't be opened without it (so make a note or use a password you won't forget).
User Level is limited to what you set here or what the user sets on the Preferences card of the Home stack, whichever is lower.  Command-drag from the File menu to see this command when the User Level is Browsing or Typing.
